Smart Resourcing

The main differentiator of The Cloud People compared to other Google and ServiceNow vendors, is our concept which we call “Smart Resourcing”. Smart Resourcing is in short a simpler, cheaper and more predictable way for our customers to book and staff their ServiceNow or Google projects, with the right type of resources.

What is Smart Resourcing?

Smart Resourcing is a concept which is based on the following factors:

• Simplicity – Access our pool of resources and search for capabilities, skills, experience, certifications, location etc.
• Transparency – Pay for what you get with Grades and prices based on experience, CSATs, skills and location.
• Predictability – Long term AMS agreements and upfront planning will secure availability and give you the best and most cost effective team of resources.

All our consultants are certified on the ServiceNow and/or Google Cloud platform and have passed a security check conducted by Semac.

How does it work?

As a ServiceNow or Google Cloud customer you can either send a request for an offer on a specific project, or you can request access to Cloudia – our CV database with overview of all resources. In the database you are able to see all our consultants with grades, titles, skills, location and experience and can search for the capabilities you need. You can also staff a project with the different roles you need and decide if you want the consultants on-site or to work remotely.

All our consultants have a specific grade, either as a solution consultant, or as a technical consultant. Each grade, from level 1 to level 8, has a fixed day-rate. Depending on the task and skills needed, you can search in our database for the grade and skills you need. You will be able to see the fixed day-rate as well as the availability of the specific resources you need.
