Senior Account Manager ServiceNow

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced ServiceNow Senior Account Manager who can help strengthen our sales department in Norway. Experience from the ITSM environment, preferably ServiceNow, will be a great advantage. The right person will get the opportunity to work with enterprise customers in Norway and join us building a company with ambitions to become one of the leading Google and ServiceNow partners in Europe.

Tasks and responsibility

  • Establish, develop and grow new business relationships
  • Meet your annual sales objectives
  • Prepare offers and manage bid processes
  • Promotional activities
  • Manage and coordinate customer meetings
  • Be a trusted advisor towards our customers and  provide the best customer experience

Qualifications we are looking for

  • Lead generation, telemarketing experience or new business sales capacity (ideally within the large business/enterprise space)
  • Understanding an organization’s business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow solutions map to these
  • Experience from IT Service Management area
  • A thorough understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate and progress long, complex sales cycles
  • Presentation skills via web based tools
  • Excellent listening, verbal and written skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills – Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers, prospects, partners and colleagues

The Cloud People, formerly known as Symfoni, has worked with collaboration solutions since 2004. In 2011, we became a ServiceNow partner, and built up one of the largest ServiceNow Partners in Northern Europe. Since 2016, we have also focused on Google, and are now among the highest certified on Google in Norway.

In December 2019, we changed the name and profile of the company to The Cloud People. Behind is a group of people who saw the need to provide resources on two of the fastest growing cloud platforms, ServiceNow and Google Cloud. We are already a team of about 40 people, located in our offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Helsinki and Krakow, and have ambitions to grow to about 100 people by the end of 2020.
