We are looking for a Business Operations Assistant to join our team in Poland and be a part of our Business operations team who are supporting all The Cloud People companies. The position will be located in Lodz and reporting to the Director of Business Operation in The Cloud People group.

We are searching for a fluent Polish and English speaking talent with experience from similar positions. The primary responsibility of the Business Operations Assistant is to provide administrative support to selected members of the senior management team in The Cloud People Group.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal Polish and English communication skills
  • Strong communication skills – communication with vendors, clients, and other staff 
  • Stakeholder service – the ability to interface with colleagues, customers, partners and vendors in a clear, polite and positive manner
  • Administrative skills – handle general administrative work in a structured way
  • Organization skills – able to handle and prioritize and execute on several different tasks in a day, structured and in a quick and efficient way
  • Needs to have experience and education on the related responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the managers with operations tasks/issues
  • Scheduling meetings and team building sessions 
  • Assisting with recruitment and on/offboarding processes
  • Driving the background check process of new candidates
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Assist in organizing local company events or conferences
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date
