Head of Consulting, Norway

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Consulting Manager (located in Oslo). The right candidate will get the responsibility for our consultants and projects in Norway and join us building a company with ambitions to become one of the leading Google and ServiceNow partners in Europe.

Tasks and responsibility

  • Support in the Consultancy department budget planning. Take ownership for TCP Norway´s consultancy business execution according to the budget

  • Lead and grow the consulting organization specializing in ServiceNow and Google Cloud deliveries.

  • Responsible for planning, budgeting and execution of the capability plan. This translates into consultant´s team growth not only with size, but first of all with capabilities and seniority. 

  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, lead change efforts and ensure client satisfaction

  • Lead and develop the Team Leads  according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals

  • Work closely together with sales and pre-sales. Ensure good collaboration and communication between the departments

  • Support in the recruitment process and help identify new candidates

  • Be accountable for consultancy deliveries to be executed according to the quality and commercial assumptions.

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that projects meet client requirements

  • Overseeing and quality-assure projects from start to finish, supporting on proper resource staffing, responding and mitigating potential escalations.

  • Be owner of and ensure that all agreed consultancy operational activities are executed according to predefined guidelines. 

Qualifications we are looking for

  • Advanced problem solving and decision management skills

  • Great understanding of the customers’ business drivers, challenges, pain points and how ServiceNow and Google solutions map to these 

  • Experience working as a consultant in the ServiceNow and/or Google area 

  • Documented consultancy leadership experience and understand how to motivate the  team to meet and exceed their goals

  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and colleagues 

  • Great communication skills and experience with stakeholder management
