The Cloud People is een snelgroeiende Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner in Europa en in de VS. Voor onze activiteiten en gloednieuwe TCP-kantoor in Amsterdam zijn we op zoek naar ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Solution Consultants om ons team in de Benelux te versterken. Als ervaren CSM Consultant begeleid je klanten op hun ServiceNow CSM journey en vertaal je klantwensen naar naar technologie oplossingen. Dit is een hands-on rol die waar het leiden en succesvol opleveren van CSM engagements centraal staat. 

Wij zoeken mensen met de volgende kwalificaties:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het begeleiden en ondersteunen van CSM engagements, tijdens presales-, ontwerp- en implementatiefasen.
  • Een track record in het leiden van ten minste drie full lifecycle CSM implementaties
  • Combineert thought leadership met diepgaande vakinhoudelijke expertise van ServiceNow CSM, Portal en aangrenzende platform domeinen zoals Field Management en ITSM/ITOM.
  • Ervaring in het leiden van klant workshops en business requirements kunnen vertalen naar user stories
  • Beheersing van zowel de business als technische aspecten met het vermogen om te kunnen samenwerken met mensen op verschillende niveaus
  • Ervaring in  het ontwerpen, configureren en implementeren van ServiceNow CSM oplossingen die voldoen best practices and industrie standaarden
  • Gedegen kennis van Organizational Change Management (OCM) en het ontwikkelen van communicatie, test en training plannen
  • Beheersing van zowel de business als technische aspecten met het vermogen om te kunnen samenwerken met mensen op verschillende niveaus. 

Typische kenmerken van onze gespecialiseerde ServiceNow CSM solution consultants (een of meerdere van de volgende):

  • 5+ jaar ServiceNow-gerelateerde ervaring.
  • Diepgaande  kennis van het CSM-business domein, met het vermogen om theoretische concepten en klantvereisten te vertalen naar praktische waardevolle klantoplossingen
  • Sterk begrip van ServiceNow architectuur, ontwikkeling en best practices.
  • Beschikt over CIS-CSM of CSM Professional Suite accreditaties en bij voorkeur accreditaties in aangrenzende domeinen op het platform zoals ITSM en ITOM.
  • Uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, klantgerichte houding en ervaring met het werken met een divers team.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met Agile/ Scrum
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

For our activities and brand new TCP office in Amsterdam we are looking for ServiceNow CSM Solution Consultants to join our team in The Benelux. As an experienced CSM Consultant you will be guiding  customers on their ServiceNow CSM journey and be the bridge that enables technology to solve business needs. This is a hands-on role capable of leading CSM implementations to ensure customer engagements are successfully delivered.

We are looking for people that can:

  • Demonstrated experience in guiding and supporting CSM engagements during presales, design and  implementation stages.
  • Experience in leading at least three full lifecycle Customer workflow implementations
  • Combines thought leadership with deep subject matter expertise related to ServiceNow CSM, Portal and adjacent platform capabilities like Field Management and ITSM/ITOM
  • Experience in leading client workshops, translating business requirements into user stories
  • Experience with designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  • Solid understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM and experienced in developing  communication, test and training plans 
  • Can master both the technical and business side and ability to work with people acting on multiple levels. 


Typical traits of our ServiceNow CSM specialized solution consultant’s (one or many of the following):

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow related experience.
  • Excellent CSM business domain understanding, with the ability to translate theoretical concepts and client requirements into practical solutions that deliver value.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practices
  • Holds CIS-CSM or CSM professional Suite accreditations and preferably accreditations of interconnected platform domains like Field Management and ITSM/ITOM 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and experience working with a diverse team.
  • Experience with Agile/ Scrum 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
