The Cloud People to modernize operations across three Finnish wellbeing services counties

The Cloud People, in collaboration with Fujitsu, has been selected to contribute in the modernization of operations management across the wellbeing services counties of Länsi-Uusimaa, Keski-Uusimaa, and Päijät-Häme. All three initiatives aim to enhance employee experience and drive the future development of the social and healthcare sector through digitalization.

As part of the engagement, all three healthcare services counties will implement a comprehensive, ServiceNow-based service management platform. These engagements will result in streamlined daily operations, improved service delivery, and enable the transformation of operating models across the sector.

The transformation will introduce automation of routine tasks and workflows, while simplifying and standardizing processes. This will help improve employee satisfaction and free up valuable time for healthcare professionals to focus on patient care and meaningful interactions.

In addition, the initiatives will strengthen service consistency, enhance information security, and unify fragmented processes to improve overall efficiency. With improved access to real-time data, decision-making capabilities will also be significantly enhanced.

The Cloud People and Fujitsu together will handle the implementation and continuous development of the platform and related services, while Fujitsu will be responsible for licensing.
