SCRUM process introduction

SCRUM process introduction

What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile framework and a great way  to work together and to make sure works is getting done.

If you are not familiar with Scrum, think of it as a way to get work done as a team, bit by bit, with continuous experimentation and feedbak to learn and having the chance to improve along the way.

In this Whitepaper I have tried to explain in an easy way what SCRUM is, how you work with this methodology and compared it to more traditional project management methods. The topics in the documents are:

  1. What is Agile Methodology?
  2. What is Scrum?
  3. Scrum approach to project management
  4. Scrum Roles
  5. Scrum Events
  6. Scrum Artifacts
  7. Scrum project management vs traditional project management
