The Cloud People appoints Wijnand Boender as the new Vice President of Sales, positioning company to drive continued growth

The Cloud People, a leading ServiceNow Elite and Google Cloud Partner in Northern Europe and the US, recently announced the appointment of Wijnand Boender as Global VP of Sales at The Cloud People.

 

Wijnand Boender is appointed as the new Vice President of Sales at The Cloud People. In this role, Dutch Boender will be responsible for sales and marketing within The Cloud People Group. This gives him a key role in ensuring that the ServiceNow and Google Cloud specialist reach their ambitious goals in the coming years.

Former Head of Alliances at KPMG 

An important reason he was lured from KPMG to The Cloud People is the new way of selling consulting services with the transparent Smart Resourcing Concept, out-of-the-box solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and Managed Services.

Recently Wijnand Boender had the position as Head of Alliances in KPMG the Netherlands. With his team, Boender was responsible for leading and developing relationships with market-leading technology-, content-, and services organizations, coordinating the launch of new alliances and solutions, and overseeing sales enablement and go-to-market programs.

Boender says, “An Advisory Partner like KPMG combines deep business processes, financial experience, and industry knowledge with disruptive technology solutions from alliance partners. Together, this creates the basis for digital transformation among customers. The key learnings from my previous work at KPMG and leading technology companies I will take with me into The Cloud People.”

Boender has previously worked in several sales and sales management positions with HPE and IBM.
