What information do we collect?

We gather information from different sources and in different ways. If you sign up for our newsletter, wish to attend a seminar or workshop, or send us an inquiry, you’d have to enter your name, contact information and/or email, and we will collect relevant data that will help us to enable personalization of content.

We use Google Analytics’ analysis tool to better understand visitor behavior and likes, so that we’re able to build a user friendly website. Google Analytics use cookies to collect information and store this on your computer. You can turn this feature off in your browser at any time.

We store this information in our database (HubSpot): Your name and the company you are affiliated with, your telephone number, email, your job position, as well as what solutions your company currently have through The Cloud People.

Sharing of information

We never share information about you to any third parties without your consent.

The Cloud People store your privacy information as long as we have legal basis and the necessary needs to do so. We will delete or anonymize data that we no longer have the intended purpose to store. You have the right to access your personal information at any time, the right to correct what you deem false and have the information deleted in accordance with applicable law. You can choose to unsubscribe to our newsletter at any time by clicking the applied link in the email. We will then delete your stored information and email address.

The Cloud People can edit this privacy policy at any time as long it is in line with the current legislation.
